The company provides completely free local delivery services with strict regional restrictions:
• Delivery service and free delivery benefit are only available for addresses located within the administrative boundary of Rotherham city
• We do not accept any delivery orders for addresses outside Rotherham city boundary, and no delivery service will be provided for out-of-town locations
• Free delivery service only covers standard delivery time slots; urgent and scheduled delivery requests are not included in the free service
• Free delivery applies to valid paid orders only; abandoned or cancelled orders do not qualify for free delivery benefits

3. Order and Service Rules
• All product prices displayed on the website are final transaction prices in local currency, inclusive of basic service charges
• Users shall provide accurate delivery addresses, contact information and delivery instructions to ensure successful order completion

• The company shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or service failures caused by objective factors including bad weather, road maintenance, traffic control and third-party delivery partner emergencies
• The company is not liable for losses caused by user failure to collect goods on time, wrong address filling or personal reason cancellation
• All product display pictures are for reference only, subject to actual physical products, and no commercial dispute compensation shall be incurred due to picture differences

7. Service Suspension and Termination
